Safety Coordinator **NEW**

Synopsis: Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy workplace? As our Safety Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, ensuring our employees go home safely every day. You’ll play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, driving a positive safety culture, and controlling costs.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Exempt
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with some flexibility as needed)

• Champion Safety: Promote a safe, incident-free workplace.
• Lead & Educate: Conduct safety training and lead Safety Committee meetings.
• Stay Compliant: Keep up with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Investigate & Improve: Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Records: Maintain safety files, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate Programs: Oversee workers' compensation, safety audits, and emergency preparedness.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Safety preferred. 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment required.
• Skills: Proficiency in OSHA regulations, MS Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
